10 = 1 x 10 + 0
The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 1, the HCF of 21 and 31 is 1
Notice that 1 = HCF(10,1) = HCF(21,10) = HCF(31,21) .
We can take hcf of as 1st numbers and next number as another number to apply in Euclidean lemma
Step 1: Since 33 > 1, we apply the division lemma to 33 and 1, to get
33 = 1 x 33 + 0
The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 1, the HCF of 1 and 33 is 1

We can take hcf of as 1st numbers and next number as another number to apply in Euclidean lemma
Step 1: Since 291 > 1, we apply the division lemma to 291 and 1, to get
291 = 1 x 291 + 0
