Notice that 11 = HCF(66,11) = HCF(77,66) = HCF(220,77) = HCF(297,220) = HCF(517,297) .
We can take hcf of as 1st numbers and next number as another number to apply in Euclidean lemma

57 = 11 x 5 + 2

11 = 2 x 5 + 1

The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 1, the HCF of 11 and 57 is 1
