52 = 1 x 52 + 0
The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 1, the HCF of 1 and 52 is 1

Step 1: Since 651 > 1, we apply the division lemma to 651 and 1, to get
651 = 1 x 651 + 0
