The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 3, the HCF of 633 and 3063 is 3
Notice that 3 = HCF(18,3) = HCF(21,18) = HCF(102,21) = HCF(531,102) = HCF(633,531) = HCF(3063,633) .
