21 = 10 x 2 + 1

10 = 1 x 10 + 0
The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 1, the HCF of 681 and 461 is 1
Notice that 1 = HCF(10,1) = HCF(21,10) = HCF(220,21) = HCF(461,220) = HCF(681,461) .
We can take hcf of as 1st numbers and next number as another number to apply in Euclidean lemma
Step 1: Since 100 > 1, we apply the division lemma to 100 and 1, to get
100 = 1 x 100 + 0
The remainder has now become zero, so our procedure stops. Since the divisor at this stage is 1, the HCF of 1 and 100 is 1
